1. Can I buy a Whisbear in a retail shop?
Our Distributors are constantly working on supplying more and more highstreet shops with Whisbear we will keep you updated with the local availability as the retailers chain will grow.
2. How can I pay for my Whisbear?
We currently accept PayPal payment. But you do not need to have a PayPal account to complete the payment. The instructions will be provided as soon as you proceed with your payment
3. How long does it take you to send my Whisbear?
Your Whisbear will ready for a dispatch within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday.
3. Who will deliver my Whisbear?
We use Royal Mail “Signed for" service in United Kingdom. For international deliveries time of delivery and delivery company may vary to offer you the best service possible.
4. What if I am not home during the delivery attempt?
When placing your order please make sure you provide the address where someone will most likely be present when your postman comes with the parcel. If you are not there and you have found your “attempted delivery notice” please follow the instruction on the card and enquire at your local post office.
5. Can I track my parcel?

6. How long does it take for my Whisbear to be delivered?
It takes between 2-4 day for UK deliveries, international deliveries time will vary.
7. Can I return my Whisbear if I am not completely satisfied with it?
We hope you will love your new Whisbear, but if for any reason you decide differently you can return it withing 14 days of receiving Whisbear as long as it in immaculate, unused condition. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
8. What is the period of warranty you offer?
Whisbear is covered by the lifetime warranty
9. Can the shushing mechanism be removed from my Whisbear?
Yes, the shushing device is removable.
PLEASE NOTE: the device is not a toy and can not be given to a baby or a child. Children should only play with Whisbear when the device has been safely removed.
10. What is Whisbear made of?
The Bear is made of soft and OEKO-TEX® attested fabrics. The stuffing used is Hypoallergenic.
11. Are the batteries included?
For safety reasons Whisbear is sold without batteries.
12. How do I operate the device?
You will need 3 AAA batteries to operate the device. The battery compartment cover screw is inside the battery compartment. To open the compartment gently elevate the cover with a small screwdriver and remove the screw from inside. Place the batteries inside, put the cover back and tighten the screw.
